1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Hong Kong only.

No international shipping is available at this time.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are based on the delivery location and total order value:

Location	Order Value	Delivery Fee
Hong Kong Island	Below HK$10,000	HK$330 per order
Kowloon & New Territories	Below HK$10,000	HK$180 per order
All Locations	HK$10,000 or above	Free Delivery

Delivery fees will be applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made Monday to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery times are normally 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that an adult aged 18 or above is available to receive the delivery. Our delivery team may request ID verification to comply with Hong Kong liquor regulations.

4. Pick-Up Option

Customers may also choose to pick up orders from our Tsuen Wan office.

To arrange a pickup time or get directions, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 6999 3997 after placing your order.

Pickup is available by prior appointment only.

5. Undeliverable Orders

If no eligible recipient (aged 18 or above) is present at the time of delivery, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
