1. Introduction

Welcome to JAK Cellar (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website www.jak-cellar.com (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Legal Drinking Age

Under Hong Kong law, it is illegal to sell or supply intoxicating liquor to a minor (person under 18 years old) in the course of business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to purchase alcohol in Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery and may refuse delivery if suitable identification is not provided.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email — this does not constitute acceptance.
  • Acceptance occurs only when we issue a shipping confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the Site.
  • In case of pricing errors, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

  • We only deliver within Hong Kong SAR.
  • Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Alcoholic beverages must be received by a person aged 18 or above. Delivery personnel may request ID verification.
  • If no eligible recipient is available at delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once the goods have been delivered.

Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Incorrect item received.

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to assess and determine each case individually.

7. Risk and Title

Ownership and risk of the products pass to you upon successful delivery to the address provided.

8. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate. However, vintage changes and other variations may occur without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our Site or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant product.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, trademarks) belongs to JAK Cellar Group Holdings Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
